Evernote… A Very Powerful App To Have

I know we all have our favorite “techie” toys. You know, the ones that are fun to play with, save us time and also allow us to be more productive in business. In fact, as soon as I got my iPhone I was asking people what their favorite Apps were that I had to have.

I find it interesting depending on who you ask the recommendations you get from them. I kept hearing you have to get Angry Birds. When I looked at it I saw it as something that really wasn’t for me and would be more of a distraction than an asset to use. On the other hand, having something like Pandora on my phone could be nice if I wanted to listen to some music for a few minutes.

For me though, I like to find and use things that are going to help me be more productive. Both in my personal life and in business. To find an App that serves me across all platforms was a great discovery. An App that works on my iPhone, my iPad and on my iMac home computer was pretty cool.

The Evernote App was inducted into the Apple “App Hall of Fame” and NY Times says it’s one of “The Top 10 Must-Have Apps”. It was also Winner of the Best Mobile App Award from TechCrunch, Mashable and Webbys.

Evernote turns your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad into an extension of your brain. It helps you remember anything and everything that happens in your life. From notes to ideas to snapshots to recordings…put it all into Evernote and watch it sync instantly from your mobile device to your Mac or Windows desktop.

Here’s the Evernote One Minute Elevator Pitch. Check it out and think about how you can use this.

I’ve really enjoyed having Evernote on my mobile devices. It allows me to capture photos, web pages, video ideas and ideas for blog posts. I’m finding that it’s a great place to store information I refer to but can’t always remember. And, it helps keep the sticky notes off my desk and computer.

If you’re not using this App you really should check it out. If you are using it I’d love to hear your feedback on how you use it in the comments section below.

As I mentioned earlier, I’m always on the lookout for cool Apps to use. If you have one that you like please share it with us so that we can all benefit from your insight.

As always, I appreciate your comments and would love it if you shared this with your friends and followers on Facebook and Twitter so that everyone can grow.

Until next time, go out and Live Your Best Life!
